There are times when you don't need another styling appointment. You need someone who already knows you.

Someone who understands your wardrobe, your style, your lifestyle and the things you have coming up, so you don't have to start from scratch every time the season changes, an invitation arrives, you're heading away or you suddenly need something to wear.

Style Concierge is my most personalised way to work together. For twelve months, I'll be there to help you manage your wardrobe, shop thoughtfully, prepare for events and travel, and show up feeling like yourself in the moments that matter.

You'll have the benefit of working with someone who gets to know not only what suits you, but what you'll actually wear. Because sometimes you don't want another decision to make. You'd simply like to be able to say:

“Steph, can you help me with this?”

And know it's taken care of.

Your wardrobe, through the seasons.

Four times throughout our year together, we'll spend time in your wardrobe. We'll bring seasonal pieces back into rotation, look at what you're actually wearing, create fresh combinations and identify anything that's missing.

These aren't four major wardrobe clean-outs. Once I know your wardrobe, we don't need to keep starting again. They're considered updates that keep your wardrobe current and useful as the seasons, and your life, change.

Includes four private seasonal styling sessions of up to 2.5 hours each.

I'll do the searching first.

When your wardrobe does need something new, I'll help you find it. Before each of your three shopping sessions, I'll spend up to two hours visiting stores, sourcing pieces and putting things aside wherever possible.

Then we'll spend up to three hours shopping together. You won't be encouraged to buy something simply because I've found it. The aim isn't to shop more. It's to make better choices when you do.

Alongside your seasonal updates and shopping, you'll have 12 private hours to use throughout your year, for the things that matter to you.

Your business is evolving and your wardrobe needs to catch up.
Or something has simply appeared in the diary and you need me.

We decide together where my time will make the greatest difference.

Photographs that actually feel like you.

Once during our year together, we'll create the styling direction for a professional photoshoot. I'll help you decide how you want the images to feel, plan and curate your outfits and make sure the clothes work together across the shoot. Professional hair and makeup will also be arranged for you, so you don't have to coordinate all the moving parts yourself.

Whether the photographs are for your business, personal brand or simply because you'd love beautiful images of yourself at this point in your life, we'll make sure you still look, and feel, like you.

Included: styling direction, outfit planning and curation, up to three hours of shoot-day styling, plus hair and makeup up to the included allowance. Photographer fees, images, and studio or location hire are paid separately.

Instead of starting from scratch, we'll look at what the occasion calls for and what you already have. If the right outfit is already sitting in your wardrobe, wonderful. If it isn't, I'll help you find it.

Event styling and sourcing can be booked using your Concierge Styling Hours.

There's something particularly frustrating about taking half your wardrobe on holiday and still feeling as though you brought the wrong things.

Before you travel, I can help you plan a wardrobe around where you're going, what you'll actually be doing and how you want to feel. We'll create outfits, make sure pieces work together and identify anything genuinely missing before the suitcase comes out.

Less “just in case” packing. More actually wearing what you brought.

If you're visible in your business or career, your clothes inevitably become part of how people experience you.

That doesn't mean creating a corporate uniform or dressing like someone else's idea of a successful woman. It means making sure your professional wardrobe feels consistent with you.

Use your Concierge Styling Hours for business wardrobe direction, speaking engagements, media appearances, important meetings, events or refining how your personal style and professional presence work together.

For twelve months, you'll have private access to me via Voxer for the everyday questions that don't need an appointment. Because I already know your style and your wardrobe, my answers are actually relevant to you.

Send me the fitting-room photo.
Ask whether the shoes work.
Show me the jacket before you commit.
Send me the invitation that just arrived and ask where on earth we start.

Voxer support runs Monday to Friday, with replies generally within one business day. It's designed for quick styling questions. More involved sourcing, research or outfit planning is booked using your Concierge Styling Hours.

The investment

for 12 months. Payment options available.

Style Concierge is available to a small number of private clients each year. That's deliberate. The value of this experience comes from knowing you.

I want to know what's already hanging in your wardrobe. What you reach for. What you avoid. What you have coming up. What you bought last season. What worked beautifully and what didn't.

The longer we work together, the less explaining you need to do. And that's when personal styling starts to feel like a genuine concierge service.

A few details

Style Concierge covers my styling services and the inclusions outlined above.

Clothing, shoes and accessories purchased throughout the year are additional and paid for by you.

Photographer and photography package fees, studio or location hire, alterations, tailoring and other third-party services are also separate unless specifically included.

Professional hair and makeup for your included photoshoot is covered up to the agreed allowance.

Travel outside my standard Adelaide service area and other significant travel-related expenses may incur an additional fee, which we'll always discuss beforehand.

Appointments and Concierge Styling Hours are available during your 12-month membership and don't roll over beyond the end of your concierge year.

Full booking, cancellation and rescheduling details are provided in your Style Concierge agreement.

Is Style Concierge right for you?
